	Negotiate and contract with designers and booth construction companies.
	Arrange pre and post fair logistics requirements including: Transportation/Shipping/Customs Prepare instruction and information kits to participants Arrange venues and accommodation to suit your requirement. Transfers from airport, in-country travel, forward journey arrangements, visa applications, etc.
	On-the-day coordination work / Provide an on-site assistant, interpreters.
