"I would highly recommend a People to People Tour to Thailand. It is a unique experience that is completely different to anything I've ever experienced. A unique opportunity to visit Fair Trade producers in rural villages and gain a better knowledge and understanding of how fair trade works. The food was delicious and the people incredibly friendly."
SS from UK

"I enjoyed the sightseeing just as much as the spinning and weaving activities. A great variety - preparation, spinning, dyeing, weaving and back strap weaving. I wouldn't like to sacrifice anything I have seen and experienced so far. I had a wonderful time."
A.C., ON, Canada

"I enjoyed the mix of excursions and introductions to the people, the sights, sounds and taste of Thailand. A real pleasure, I liked the variety and the different locations and the opportunity to support village and community enterprises. A thoroughly enjoyable experience."
J.B., Oxfordshire, UK

"Watching the skills and activities of the people in the villages - particularly the preparations for the weaving - left me with unbelievable admiration. The timing seemed adequate for the program, I never felt unduly rushed."
E.C., Cheshire, UK

"A very stimulating, enjoyable, varied and educational tour. We were given a very full impression of life for the working folk of this most attractive country. Thailand is a great country to visit."
A.P., Exeter, UK

"Excellent. Words fail me!"
D.S., Merseyside, UK

"This has been a wonderful experience for me. My first visit to Thailand, I have seen it - the country, the villages, and their people - in a unique way. I feel privileged to have met the Thai people and been welcomed in this way."
M.A., Ontario, Canada

"I feel privileged to have shared some of the intimate gentle moments in the villages- I am sure they will be long-standing memories."
D.T., Suffolk, UK

"We have packed in an enormous amount of experiences and information as well as traveling. It has been an enormous privilege to meet Thai people at work in their villages, and we have been lucky in having the services of people who love Thailand (and its population) so much and were so willing to share the enthusiasm with us. It is infectious; and well balanced with sight seeing as well."
B.P., Cornwall, UK

"Varied places and projects were good to visit as it showed you different aspects of village life. I have really enjoyed my time in Thailand. These past two weeks have gone really quickly. I would love to come back again one day!"
K.H., Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK

"A wonderful trip. I feel I have seen many villages, had the chance to ask questions, at times to participate, a good balance of busy-ness and space. We have packed an enormous amount in. Seeing different parts of the country, those tourists generally go to and those they don't, was very helpful."
N.S., Worcestershire, UK

"I appreciated being able to directly support village weavers."
M.K., Toronto, Canada

"Everyday was different and went like clockwork. (Our time was) maximized to the full. "
H.W., Tyne and Wear, UK

"It was a good mix of fair-trade "People to People" and site seeing. I hope I will be able to explain to people at home what a wonderful country Thailand is. We could learn a lot from you in all manner of ways."
J.T., Cheshire, UK

"It was very varied, always interesting and I feel we met some wonderful people. An excellent mixture of learning and pleasure… (One personal note - I am over 70 and never found any activity too taxing.)
J.R., Stoke on Trent, UK

"I've had a fantastic trip and have gained good insight into the tribal villages/ cultures. It's a great way of meeting like-minded people."
P.K., Middlesex, UK

"The project visits were inspiring- watching the skills and dedication of the craftsmen and women and marvelling at the intricacies of the items they make, whether it be fine silver jewellery or wonderfully fine silk scarves. It was indeed a tour to remember - a real treasure for the memory bank."
J.B., Oxfordshire, UK

"This trip was thoroughly enjoyed; the activities, the restaurants and the company. Thailand is a beautiful country and I will treasure my memories."
M.K., Toronto, Canada

"The un-rushed visits to villages gave us a good insight into people's way of life, and I had a definite feeling of partnership with the people we met in our wish for a good life. Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming, and willing to show us how they live."
S.P., Cornwall, UK
